Secretary. The Secretary shall perform, in addition to such other duties as the Executive Board shall require, the following functions:

a. Record the minutes of all meetings at which the Executive Board members are required to be present;

b. Answer or cause to be answered all communications addressed to the Association and handle or cause to be handled all correspondence directed to the Executive Board.

c. Give or cause to be given notice of the meetings of the Executive Board and of members as required by these By-Laws;

d. Prepare and keep current a membership roster containing the name and address of each member

e. Maintain a true and correct copy of this Constitution and By-Laws, and all amendments thereto.
